- 5 / 5By Adam KirchhoffCoffee down to a science. This is a unique coffee experience. This is not a traditional coffee shop, I think their title "coffee lab" is certainly appropriate. The gentleman working here is clearly passionate about a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. His process takes about 5-10 minutes for a cup, but well worth it in the end. The atmosphere is a little uninviting, and I wouldn't want to stay with my coffee. Given the space he has available he has done well, but I think some music in the background would warm things up a bit. If you plan on stopping by, it is in a commercial building and easy to drive past, so keep your eyes open.January 01, 2017
