  I had bad service, I ask to sit further from the door way because it was cold. The young lady said that was at that moment the only opening they had, I told her I could wait. Another young lady came up and said there was another opening in the back but had to clean it and would sit us down. But we went up to be sitting they sat us by the door. I ask about the back but girl told me that it was still being, but tell the truth no one was cleaning the back table. We were cool so we left instand. I never had service like that before and it wasn't that late at night. I won'the be going back after this treatment.

  It's the best Giordano's I've ever known. There's one waitress who's just 'off' but even that is just part of the experience.

  Poor service. Don't believe the times they give you for picking up an on-line order. Once I arrived at the allotted time (which was over an hour after I placed my order), I got to the restaurant and was informed that they hadn't even started cooking my order. "Could you come back in an hour?"

  Delivery order of nachos, and they were lousy -- barely had cheese (not melted). Asked twice during the order process for sour cream, did not receive. Ordered a salad, which was more ends than lettuce. Quality and service really has diminished. STICK TO THE PIZZA!
